Overview
The vast cold barn was converted into an intimate, warmer and more accessible home.
Rather than fighting the scale and gloom, our concept uses a darker colour palette to help the space feel cocooning, glamorous and flattering. Working with the barns’ original and altered, features - black beams and exposed stone - we have incorporated a complimentary colour palette to dramatic effect.

I am a Multidisciplinary Designer and Art Director with over 20 years of experience in the creative industry. I have worked with renowned international sports, outdoor, fashion, and lifestyle brands to help build their brand through brand guardianship and stewardship.
Currently, I work as a freelance Multidisciplinary Designer and Art Director, collaborating under the umbrella of my small creative consultancy Studio John. I leverage my expertise to help independent lifestyle brands achieve their strategic and creative goals.
